2019 Board President Robin Umphrey

I’m Robin Umphrey. I have been a Realtor since 2002.  I am married to a wonderful man, Al Wallis. I have one daughter, 3 step-sons and 6 grandchildren, with whom I love spending time. I have been on several committees including Deserving Children's (past Co-chair), Sunshine, Communications, Scholarship and Realtor of the Year. I had the honor of being named Realtor of the Year in 2011.  I've had the joy and opportunity to serve on our local board since 2014 as secretary and treasurer.  In doing so I feel I have broadened my knowledge of our great industry and learned how important it is involved with it.  As President –Elect I look forward to the opportunity in helping our board on the local, state and national level become the best it can be. Thank you!

President-Elect Brad Anderson

I’m Brad Anderson, I have served on the board previously as a local director, President and past President. I’ve been a member of the golf committee putting together our great golf outing this year! Past REALTOR of the Year, and if you didn’t already know, an agent at County-Wide Properties! I take my career and my roles with the board very seriously! As your Board President-Elect, you have my word as before, my phone is always on and my door is always open, don’t ever hesitate to voice your opinions and concerns, this is YOUR Association!

My name is Louis Price. I have been a REALTOR in Indiana since1985 and in Michigan since 1983. I am a Past President of our Association as well as being on the BOD. I have been a State of Michigan Director and have been President, Treasurer, Secretary and BOD of the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS. I was the manager of the New Buffalo Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office for more than 20 years before deciding to give up that role and remain an active Associate Broker. I also serve on the State Ethics Committee in Indiana as well as having Chaired hearings in Michigan. I am a GRI, CRS, CRB, RSPS and I serve on the National Association of REALTORS Resort and second Homes Committee. I understand the role of our "small" Association. This Association gives so much back to the local community by a very dedicated group of members .and  needs commended and recognized for its work. Keeping a small Association vibrant and sustainable means members need to participate in the operation and we need help in that area. Real Estate has been good to me and I feel an obligation to do a small part to repay our Associations.

Local Director - Cari Adams

I have been in the real estate business since 1998; the title industry from 1998 - 2009, then I flipped the coin and became an admin at Merrion & Associates in 2010 and a Realtor in 2011.  Currently, I am both an active full-time Real Estate Broker and the Social Media Director at Merrion & Associates.  I am very tech-savvy and believe my techy-ness will be a benefit to the board. One of my goals has to become more active in the LPCAR board, so this opportunity when it presented itself seemed like a perfect fit.

Local Director - Tricia Meyer

I have been selling Real Estate since 2002 and have been adding value to clients homes for over fifteen years. I received my Bachelors degree with a double major in Interior Design and Clothing and Textiles and a minor in Visual Merchandising from Morehead State University. After years of Retail Management and Visual Merchandising experience, I thought it was time for something new. This endeavor spawned "The Plaid Rabbit", which is the current name for my design work today. Plaid Rabbit was a partnership for a time but now is a singular entity exclusive to me. After many years in the Design Business, both here and in the Chicago Area, design clients would ask me "if you ever see a house like this, let me know". Hearing this repeatedly inspired me to get a Real Estate License. I have since staged and redesigned the majority of my Real Estate listings. Most have found this a quick way to profitable sale. I have closed several deals and went on to furnish and redesign a space before clients move in. This has been a great combination of my love for designing to help finalize my Real Estate deals. I live in Michigan City with my husband Jeff and two very active children who go to school locally at Notre Dame. I have been with Merrion and Associates since 2002. I purchased Merrion & Associateswith myhusband, Jeff Meyer, in March 2014.We have a very family friendly environment and have been doing business in the Beach Community for years.
